A Day

This is a reminder that our next DECA chapter meeting is Tuesday, December 9th in the Large Lecture Hall after school. It will be our final meeting before Regionals, so it is important that everyone attends! We will be going over final preparations, answering questions, and making sure everyone is ready to compete.

Art Department:  The Art Department is proud to announce that Sydney Main is our Art Student of the Month for December.  Sydney was chosen by Mrs. L. Lacey because of her strong work ethic, creativity, and attention to detail.  Congratulations Sydney!

Yearbook:  Attention Seniors – check your email and fill out the Senior Spotlight Google form if you are involved in any Athletic, Music, Guard, or Drama activities and would like to be featured in the yearbook.  The deadline to respond has been extended to today, Friday, December 5th.

Polar Plunge:  The Polar Plunge is this Sunday, December 7th.  We have some students that have signed up, but have not returned a signed waiver or have not raised the $25 needed to participate.  Get those donations and waivers in as soon as possible.  Mr. Kline will have waivers available on Sunday if you forget.  You can’t participate without a signed waiver.  Participants should arrive around 10:30 a.m.  Please check the email you signed up with for more information, and return all signed waivers to Mr. Kline as soon as possible!

Psychology Class:  Mrs. Vecchio’s Psychology classes are collecting donations of birthday cake supplies for our district’s Backpack Program!  We want every child in our community to have the chance to celebrate their birthday, and we’d love your support in spreading the word and contributing, if you are able.  Suggested items include:  boxed cake mix, canned frosting, disposable cake pans, birthday candles, and sprinkles.  If you are able to donate, please bring supplies to room 2204.  Thanks!
