We will also be planning the Junior Prom (planning, organizing--ordering invitations, menu, favors, etc), pre-planning Senior Ball, designing Fun Senior clothing, school spirit. |

If you have never performed on the stage of Paul V. Moore High School, you don't want to miss this opportunity to shine. Drama Club will be full of the same energy as in years past, so don't let this year stop you from having a great time in front of the spotlight or behind the scenes. This year's rehearsal schedule will be the same as in year's past, right after school. The production dates for the Fall play are November 12-14, 2026. Musical dates are February 4-6, 2027. Central Square Esports in an extracurricular school prgram designed to engage students in competitive video gaming, teamwork, and digital skill-building within a structured environment. Meeting Mondays through Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the club provides dedicated practice and match time where members collaborate, refine strategies across various competitive gaming titles, and foster a strong sense of community. Housed in the high school's specialized gaming space, the program offers students-especially those who may not participate in traditional sports-an opportunity to build communication, sportsmanship, and leadership skills while competing in scholastic tournaments. |

National Honor Society is an organization for students who show Scholarship (above a 93 weighted GPA in order to apply, Leadership, Character, and Service. Applications are due on Friday, October 2, 2026. Letters notifying candidates of their status will be sent the second week of October. The Induction Ceremony is scheduled for November 19, 2026 in the Paul V. Moore High School Auditorium. |

Student Government is a group of elected students that plan and manage a wide range of events, activities, programs, policies, and initiatives at Paul V. Moore High School. Student Government is responsible for planning and executing events such as the Semi-Formal Dance, Pep Rally, and Homecoming. Additionally, Student Government plans the morning announcements and coordinates the Blood Drives for our school. Interested in meeting new people? Student Government members travel to a different location each year to meet with student leaders from across New York State for the annual NSY CLSA Conference. Being a member of this prestigious group will also help you in earning your Seal of Civic Readiness. Looking to have fun and make a difference? Student Government is the place for you! |

Joining the Yearbook Staff is an experience like no other! We work hard, but we play hard too- and staffers have the opportunity to work behind the scenes to make sure our yearbook tells the story of our entire community.
**Underclassmen welcome, and no experience needed! ** We will teach you the skills you need - you just bring your energy and strong work ethic.
Most of our work happens in class, but there will be some outside-of-school commitments (photographing events, minimum 1x per season).
Yearbook is a credit-bearing course at PVM, and can be taken multiple years for credit. We love our Seniors, but we're huge fans of our underclassmen staff too! It's really awesome to grow with us a second (or third!) year.
